Types of Information Collected and Used by Minol
Traffic Data Collected. We automatically track and collect the following information when you visit our Site: (i) IP address, (ii) domain server, (iii) type of computer and (iv) type of web browser (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. Additional Use by Minol. In addition to the uses listed hereinabove, we may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including Personal Information, as follows: (i) to provide you with information, products, or services, that you request from us, (ii) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it, (iii) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any agreements entered into between you and us (and/or the municipality), including for billing and collection and (iv) in any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information.
User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information through the Site. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information. For example, you will not be able to view your account information on the Site, submit payments on your account or enroll in electronic statements. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us, you may select the appropriate "opt-out" option each time we ask you for Personal Information.
User Ability to Access, Update and Correct Personal Information
In order to ensure that all of your Personal Information is correct and up-to-date, at any time you may call our information hotline at 844-463-6567 and: (a) review and update your Personal
Information that we have already collected, or (b) choose whether or not you wish us to send you information about our company.
Lost or Stolen Information
You must promptly notify us if your username or password is lost, stolen or used without permission. In such an event, we will cancel that username or password and update our records accordingly.

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security or the content of such websites. You understand and agree that access to such websites is “AT YOUR OWN RISK.” If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of information on these other websites, you should contact the applicable provider of such website directly.
Your customer account is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas, such as payment transactions, we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions and modify the Personal Information to make it unreadable or undecipherable. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you, or where you have chosen, a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an e-mail at menloparkca@myUtilityDirect.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
